We were delighted to attend and present multiple works at ASSETS'25 in Denver, CO. ASSETS is the premier conference in disability + technology design.

  • Jared Hwang presented his first ever first-authored paper, AccessParkCV, a new deep learning pipeline for automatically detecting disability parking and inferring quality characteristics (e.g., width) from orthrectified aerial imagery
  • Arnavi Chheda-Kothary demo'd GeoQA^3 on behalf of co-author Chu Li who is currently in Japan as a visiting student at the University of Tokyo
  • I demo'd StreetReaderAI, a "proof-of-concept" accessible street view experience using multimodal AI
  • Visiting PhD student Yotam Sechayk presented VeasyGuide, an assistive tool that aids low vision learners to gain visual access to pointing, marking, and sketching actions in educational presentation videos
