Arnavi Passes Quals!
Congrats to Arnavi who successfully presented her qualifying project entitled “ArtInsight: Enabling AI-Powered Artwork Engagement for Mixed Visual-Ability Families." The talk was attended by Arnavi’s co-advisors, Professors Froehlich and Wobbrock (the “quals committee”), as well as ~5 others (both remote and in-person).
Arnavi eloquently presented her stream of research in studying and developing tools to support mixed visual-ability families’ understanding and interpretation of children-created artwork (ASSETS'24 Best Paper, IUI'25 Paper).
